Company Policies
Due to the short fishing season and a commitment to personalized attention, we
adhere to a very strict cancellation policy:
1)
50% Non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations.
2) Balance due upon 30 days prior to the start of your trip.
3) Written notice of confirmation will be sent when deposit and final payment
has been received.
4) Dates are booked and confirmed in the order which deposits are received.
5) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, will
result in the total balance being due and payable at the time of cancellation.
6) Non-appearance will result in no refunds.
7) Because bookings are made so far in advance, there will be no reduction in
rates or refunds for guests who voluntarily eliminate any of the services
included in the booking rate, or who depart the camp prior to the end of their
scheduled stay. No refunds on early departures, missed fishing trips or fishing
trips/camping that you may cancel after arrival.
8)
In the event we are forced to cancel your scheduled
trip, you will be given the option of rescheduling or obtain a full refund.
Refunds will be handled in the order they are requested and will be issued
within 120 days of scheduled trip dates.
9) We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group. Conduct
which is deemed as detrimental to the business or disruptive to the camp and
other participants will not be tolerated. If such a situation arises, you will
be asked to vacate camp with no refund given.

Gratuity
While tipping is not mandatory, it is customary to provide a
gratuity to your guides, to show your appreciation for “a job well done”.
Hopefully you will be more than satisfied with the service, support and
professional skills they provide. We recommend gratuities of $10.00 per person,
per day for your guide, for each day of fishing and eco-tourism.
